Provincial Investigative Services has the ability to provide a Criminal Record Check (also known locally as a Certificate of Conduct ) in a quick, efficient manner.

Provincial Investigative Services provides a Certificate of Conduct for the purpose of employment, VISA applicants, foreign travel and work permits.

You must apply in person at our office and bring TWO pieces of identification (one must be a Government photo ID and a secondary ID with your full name). Please note: Social Insurance Number (SIN) cards and Provincial Government issued health cards are not acceptable.
